Eric is married to Kim Bresge Simmons, and they have completed 25 years of marriage. Eric made a post on March 2020 where he wished his wife a Happy anniversary with a lengthy note on his Facebook account.

He added that he couldn’t imagine having spent his life with anyone else and is looking forward to spending the rest of his life being her husband.

Alan Simmons Passed Away on December 2018

Her loving brother Alan Simmon passed away at the very young age of 48. He was the eldest child in the family.

Alan was a great musician, artist, and skier. He was a great friend to many people and a very optimistic person who tried to make everyone happy with his presence.

Eric posted a heartfelt message on December 20, 2018. He said that he was very saddened by the demise of his brother. He praised his brother and said that he missed him terribly.

His funeral service was held on December 23 at Pardes Chaim Cemetery in Toronto, Canada. The reason behind his sudden demise is not known.

Gail Simmons was born to mother Renee Simmons and father Ivor Simmons in Toronto, Ontario, Canada.

Gail Simmons mother Renee served as a food columnist for Globe and Mail. She also conducted cooking classes in their home.

Ivor Simmons Migrated from Africa To Canada

Her dad Ivor Simmons was born in Bloemfontein, South Africa, in 1937. His father’s name is Jack, and his mother’s name is Milly Simmons.

He completed his engineering degree at the University of Capetown and began working at a petroleum refinery soon after graduation.

In 1961, he moved to London, England, and worked for the Lummus Company and later moved again to Canada in 1963 and got settled in Toronto.

After working for a few years, he opened his own business called A7A Liquid Waste Removal Company in 1970 and sold the company in 1997.

Renee and Ivor got married in Canada, Toronto, In 1966 and share three children.

The Top Chef Judge Has Been Married For Over A Decade

In the year 2008, Gail Simmons got married to Jeremy Abrams. It’s been 15 years of togetherness as a married couple.

Gail Simmons husband Jeremy is a New-york based entrepreneur and owner of a music consultancy company called Audiostiles. They became parents after five years of their marriage.

The duo got married in the presence of 175 guests, which included Top Chef Padma Lakshmi. The food menu was specially designed by chef Daniel Boulud that began with a trio of chilled soups.

Their wedding was featured in Martha Stewart’s Real Weddings Magazine and had a farmer’s market theme inspired by the freewheeling charm and vibrant bounty.

The couple exchanged their vows under a stage made of wood and fabric and decorated with branches and passionflower vines. Her nieces Brooke and Elle Simmons served as her flower girls.

Gail’s parents walked their daughter down the aisle. The bride wore a floaty Carolina Herrera gown which was worn by her mother at her wedding 42 years earlier.

While the groom wore a classic, beautiful blue suit by Paul Smith and a white shirt and matched it with a light golden tie designed by Thomas Pink.

They had a small family reception table after the ceremony. The visitors received flowers to take home as souvenirs.

Gail Simmons Has Two Children

Gail and Jeremy welcomed their first daughter in December 2014. They named their daughter, Dahlia Rae Abrams.

On May 23, 2019, the Top Chef Judge and her husband gave birth to their second-born son. The couple announced the news through their Instagram handle.

The couple named their son Kole Abrams. Their daughter is nine years old, and their son is four years as of 2023.

On January 16, 2023, the family went to Accord, New York. Gail shared glimpses of her children spending time together with a beautiful caption.
