New Delhi, Sep 23 (IANS) The Focal Department of Examination (CBI) on Friday captured a Delhi Police Sub-Examiner posted at Jaffarpur Kalan for requesting and taking hush-money of Rs 50,000 from a man in lieu of resolving a land debate.

A senior CBI official said that a body of evidence was enrolled against the Ved Prakash, the SI posted at Police headquarters Jaffarpur Kalan, Region Dwarka, Delhi on a grumbling.

It was claimed that the blamed was requesting Rs 50,000 from the casualty for assisting with a grievance forthcoming against him other than resolving a land debate in support of himself.

The CBI laid a snare and discovered the blamed in the act while taking hush-money from the complainant.
